We work with on-demand production in partnership with Printful , one of the largest global Print on Demand platforms.

Some items are only produced in certain regions and therefore do not currently ship directly to Brazil.

Additionally, we created a separate store at umapenca , aimed especially at the Brazilian public, with options for t-shirts and products produced here in Brazil.

We are always looking for local options to expand our catalog so that, little by little, more products can reach you.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to countries within the European Union . This is due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) , which requires each brand to have an official representative within the EU to ensure the legal compliance of its products.

Secret Gardens does not yet have a representative in the European Union , and therefore we cannot offer shipping to that region.

We are looking for alternatives for the future and will update our channels as soon as there is any news.

We work with on-demand production through Printful , so we don't keep inventory.

✔ If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or is incorrect , please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery and send photos of the problem. We'll contact Printful and arrange a free reshipment.

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or buyer's remorse , as each item is produced especially for you.

📦 In cases of incorrect address provided by the customer or delivery failure, a new shipping fee may be charged for resending.
